🛂 Visa Application Assistance – Comprehensive guidance through the Italian visa process, including guidance and assistance on qualification verification and recognition, document review, and interview preparation. 

🏠 Accommodation Assistance – Help finding suitable housing options near your university (private or shared). 

✈️ Post-Arrival Support – Guidance on residence permit, tax code (Codice Fiscale), health insurance registration (SSN), and local setup after arrival in Italy.

Payment Options: 

1. One-time payment: €1000 

2. Two instalments: €500 + €500

💶 Refund Policy 

Our services are divided into two stages, each priced at €500: 

• Stage 1 – Secure Your University Admission & Scholarships Covers course selection, application preparation, and scholarship guidance. 

- Cancellation before services begin: Full refund of Stage 1 fee. 

- Cancellation after services have started (e.g., applications prepared, communication initiated): Refund minus €100, covering administrative and operational costs 

- Non-acceptance by universities despite full compliance with guidance: Refund minus €100, covering administrative and operational costs. 

• Stage 2 – Visa Guidance & Smooth Arrival in Italy Covers visa application guidance, guidance on qualification verification, accommodation assistance, and post-arrival support. 

- Non-refundable, as this stage involves processes outside the control of Prime Way Consultancy (e.g., visa approval by authorities).

Additional Costs 

Please note that in addition to our consultancy fees, students may need to bear external expenses related to document preparation and legal processes. 

These may include: 

• Document translation and authentication fees 

• Qualification verification and recognition charges 

• Consular application fees 

These additional expenses typically range around €300, depending on the student’s profile and document requirements.
